Team Building Proposal
Team Building Proposal
Sir:
TAU-NASA understands the significance of encouraging employees’ teamwork. We believe that employees
must learn how to collaborate. The ability to communicate effectively is not always something that comes
naturally. Collaborative skills such as brainstorming, communication between members, taking turns for equal
participation, and collective-decision are possible. Team building activities are effective methods of
developing a shared understanding of common goals and solutions. Hence, there is a great need of this
capacity-building activity since it can establish trust and learn about each other’s strength and limitations.

II. RATIONALE
Strong teams are not formed simply by hiring qualified employees; rather, they must be
nurtured through activities that bring employees together. Team building is any action or
method that brings a group together and motivates them to collaborate in a collaborative
environment. Any team building exercise should aim to create a more cohesive group of
employees.
Team building boosts employee productivity while also increasing motivation. It also promotes
collaboration while instilling trust and respect in employees. This type of activity helps people
learn how to effectively collaborate and get along with one another. Some of the skills that are
developed include communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Empathy and
compassion are cultivated. With the help of this team building activity, employees can make
genuine connections.
Team building activities should be held outside of the office to encourage our members to
interact with one another in a non-work-related setting. These activities should also give our
members a reason to collaborate in order to make them feel valued while also improving their
relationship.
