 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The rise of ed-tech companies has been a phenomenal one over the last
couple of years. Factors like flexibility, pricing of the courses, availability
at any place, etc. has increased the popularity of ed-tech companies.
According to reports by some leading institutes like KPMG, Unacademy,
Business Standard, etc. this industry will value at $313 billion by 2030.
This is one of the main reasons why I am selecting this industry for my
project report.
Title of the Internship Report is “Study on Students’ Feedback on Ed-
Tech Companies Offering Professional Courses and Online Education”.
The main objective of this report is to find out the reasons why any
graduate or post graduate pursuing student wants to opt for a
professional course, what he/she feels about online mode of education
and what is the future of online education in India.
There are a few reasons why I have selected the above-mentioned topic
and the specific respondents are because there are very few research
topics related to edtech companies offering professional courses and the
targeted audience are matured enough to understand the edtech
industry and they are one of the main customers of the professional
course providers.
Methodology used here to get data is mainly primary along with
secondary data used at some places.
This report is useful for those companies who are offering professional
courses because they can evaluate the responses and can improve their
services and can add new features to increase the number of students
on their platform.
 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

At the very outset, I am very much thankful to God for giving me

strength, courage and ability to accomplish the internship program as
well as the internship report in a scheduled time in spite of various
complications.
It gives me immense pleasure to thank a large number of individuals for
their cordial cooperation and encouragement which has contributed
directly or indirectly in preparing this report. First of all, I would like to
express my gratitude to my internship supervisor Prof. Laxmana
Sandeep Janyavula for his guidance and feedback which made
everything clear to me to complete this report. At first, I was so confused
that whether I would be able to make a fruitful report but with his
assistance, I found a way to do everything immaculately and in time. He
kept me on track to complete this report and her suggestions and
feedback were very dynamic in making this report as impeccable as
possible.
Moreover, I must show my gratitude to my organizational guide, Mr.
Aaditya Razdan, Head Sales Online Employability Programs & Higher
Education Alliances, Timespro, who willingly took my responsibility and
gave me lot of time and shared his working experiences with me. His
guidance showed me a way not only to understand the office culture but
also how to deal with all the co-workers of the organization and meet the
client demands with great team-work.
I would also like to express my sincere thanks to all the employees of
Timespro who helped me during my work tenure and made my
experience an unforgettable one. People from all departments helped
me to gain more practical knowledge which made my internship journey
more fruitful.
