HILOT
The term “hilot” commonly refers to the rubbing or
providing pressure on the muscles and joints as a
way to promote body healing. This traditional
healing practice is more often performed by elderlies
referred to as healers. By using methods such as
pulse reading, and heat and cold analysis, the
manghihilot identifies the ailments or areas of
energy imbalance in the body causing a patient's discomfort or illness. The manghihilot
traditionally uses oils, herbs, massage, and mind and body connection to treat patients.
It says that it can "hilot" can cure cold or "lamig" and "bali" in our body.

STEAM INHALATION
Steam inhalation also called steam therapy,
involves the inhalation of water vapor. The warm,
moist air is thought to work by loosening the mucus
in the nasal passages, throat, and lungs. This may
relieve symptoms of inflamed, swollen blood
vessels in your nasal passages. While steam
inhalation won’t cure an infection, like a cold or the
flu, it may help make you feel a lot better while your body fights it off. People say that it can
prevent or cure COVID-19 however according to WHO, there is no evidence that steam
inhalation is effective for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19.

LAGUNDI
“Lagundi” is a common term for Vitex negundo L.,
which is traditionally used to treat insect and snake
bites, ulcers, rheumatism, sore throat, cough, fever,
and clogged sinuses. It also effectively treats
wounds, headaches, skin diseases, and diarrhea.
This plant is common and widely distributed in the
country. Primarily it is recognized as herbal medicine
for respiratory problems.

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are a group of disorders of
the heart and blood vessels. It includes coronary heart disease,
cerebrovascular disease, peripheral arterial disease,
rheumatic heart disease, and other conditions.
