    Dear Father:

    This letter expresses my interest in continuing my work in this institution holding the position of
    ASSOCIATE TEACHER I. I have been with the college for five (5) years and intend on continuing my
    employment and renew my contract.
    I believe that I have made positive contributions to the Senior High school department during my
    tenure. With these in mind, I have proven myself to be very capable of taking on the challenges and
    responsibilities set forth by my colleagues and students in today’s situation.
