DECLARATION OF COMMITMENT TO ETCOR EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH CENTER, INC.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I, DR. JOSHUA A. APOLONIO, of legal age, single/married, and with residence at
MANGGA ST., LALUD, CALAPAN CITY, do hereby state, declare and attest to the truthfulness of
the following:
1. That I have been invited by ETCOR Educational Research Center, Inc., through its
National Consultant for Research Trainings, Engr. Luisito Lolong Lacatan, PhD,
PCpE, to serve as a RESOURCE SPEAKER for its research
lecture/conference/event which will be held on APRIL 18, 2024 at 6:30 PM
onwards via Zoom or other virtual platform/s available to ETCOR;
2. That I willingly and voluntarily accepted the said invitation and requested ETCOR
to send to me and/or to my institution a formal letter of invitation which I can
use for future references/attachments for professional advancement; and
3. That I am declaring and committing myself to the following:
a. That I am fully committing myself to the above-mentioned event
voluntarily without expecting any remuneration or compensation from
ETCOR and I am putting it on my calendar/schedule;
b. That for the said event day and time, I will no longer accept other
schedule or activities from other people and/or organizations/institutions
so that I can fully render my time and services to ETCOR and so I can also
save ETCOR from unnecessary disruption or inconvenience;
c. That except for compelling reasons like health and/or emergency
concerns, I am fully responsible for my attendance on the said day and
time, ensuring that I will have all the materials and resources needed and
the proper/appropriate working environment so I can fully and actively
participate in the said event; and
d. That I am executing this Declaration of Commitment so that ETCOR can
formally send the requested letter of invitation and so that it can fully
accommodate/give me a slot for the event to the exclusion of other
people who might be interested to take my place.
In witness whereof, I voluntarily and willingly signed this DECLARATION OF
COMMITMENT this 10th day of April 2024 at Divine Word College of Calapan, Calapan City,
Oriental Mindoro.
