ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

As a trainee I had a chance to learn and develop my skills which I can apply in the future.

Therefore, I’m so thankful to the following persons who helped me and guided me throughout my

internships;

To my family who has been my inspiration and strength, they are the reason why I finished my

training because they keep supporting, especially in my studies and part of this is me

on-the-job training.

Second, to my practicum adviser, Engr. Juanito P. Maneclang Jr. who helped us to accomplish

our needs in our on-the-job training. He was one who motivated us to pass all the requirements

needed. Engr. Juanito P. Maneclang Jr. was also considerate because he understands when we

have concerns about our training.

Third, to the establishment who provided me a good training that can apply in the future.

Especially to our On-the-job supervisor Engr. Richard F. Capua who motivated and helped us.

The whole period of training was in part with the course that I am currently taking. They treated

us not as a student but one of them also.

And lastly, to our God who gives us our everyday life, strength, and guidance to everything to

what we need to do.

Caasi thank you for your unconditional support with my studies. I am honored to have you as my

parents. Thank you for giving me a chance to prove and improve myself through all my walks of

life. Thank you for believing in me for allowing me to further my studies hoping that with this

narrative report I have proven to you that there is no mountain higher as long as God is on our

side.

To all my mentors and people I met during my On the Job Training Thank you, for believing in

me, encouraging me, strengthening me. Faith, Hope, Truth and Love you showed me the way in

all those and I'm still walking the way you all taught me to walk. Without all of you this one will be

failure to me.
