My colleagues are quite friendly and helpful. My boss seems nice

hosted/ even hosted a dinner at/ in The Taj on/ ___ last Wednesday

I do hope everything’s going well, there. Please do write back and let
me know all the news.
Warm regards,
John

Assignment: Write an email to your client. He wants to visit
Trivandrum in January. Suggest a few places he could visit
and where he could stay in and around Trivandrum.

Hello John,
How are you doing? I am really excited to have you visit Trivandrum in January.
It also happens to be one of the best times to visit the city.
Since you are visiting for 4 days, I can suggest a few places to stay in (at) and
visit. If you prefer to stay near the Airport I would recommend Uday Suites
(sweet) – The Garden Hotel. It is a warm and tranquil place, with all necessary
amenities and popular destinations like the city centre and beaches are close
by. Our office is within 10 km from here. Hotel Karthika Park would be the
closest option to our office. Taj Vivanta would be an apt choice if you prefer a
stay at the heart of the city.
In the month of January there are so many places you could visit in
Trivandrum. Our city is blessed with many beaches and back waters where one
can enjoy nature. I recommend a visit to the beaches of Varkala, Kovalam or
Poovar. There is also the Jatayu Earth’s Center famous for the largest bird
sculpture in the world.
Apart from the natural scenic beauty, Trivandrum is also famous for its cultural
gatherings and festivals. The Nishagandhi Festival in mid-January showcases
the cultural, dance, art and musical diversity of the region. Since this would be
coinciding with your visit, I would suggest adding the festival to your itinerary.
It would be great to meet you in person. Looking forward to meeting you (/
your visit)
Best Regards,
Roshan
