AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, RONNIE P. RECUENCO, of legal age, married to MARY GISEL F.


RECUENCO, Filipino Citizens, and with residential address at Block 6, Lot 12,
Phase 3, Dubai Street, Vista Verde North Exec. Village, Caloocan City, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That WE are the registered owner of a parcel of land measuring 133


square meters, located at Block 5, Lot 16, Phase 1-A, Vista Verde North
Avenue, Vista Verde North Executive Village, Brgy. Caybiga, Caloocan
City;

2. That on the said registered land, WE have thereon constructed and


still to be finished, a ten (10 ) door apartment/commercial units on a
building consisting of three (3) floors;

3. That for purposes of operating the said apartment units and in


order to maintain the peace and order and tranquility within the
residential houses and its bonafide residents within the village, I hereby
undertake to;

a. Provide parking area for the tenants with motor


vehicles;

b. Apply and provide individual water and electrical


meters for every residential units;

c. Provide communal garbage depository within the area for


proper disposal of garbage among the prospective
tenants;

d. Apply for membership with the Vista Verde North Exec.


Village Homeowners Association for each tenants and
pay the mandated membership fees regularly;

e. Secure business permit for my apartment rental


business and ensure that tenants on commercial
spaces also secure the same on a regular and yearly basis,
pay the necessary fees and licenses, BIR required taxes
and other related fees as may be imposed by any
government authorities;

f. Have a complete list of all tenants and residents within the


residential units duly submitted to the Office of the
Homeowners Association or any of its
designated representatives;

g. Regularly oversee the operations of the apartment


building, monitor its tenants and/or its visitors so as

to ensure that the units are free of hazardous chemicals
and not fire hazards, not used for illegal or immoral activities,
such as but not limited to drugs, sex trade, gambling, etc;

h. Comply with such other restrictions, rules and regulations as


the designated Homeowners Association of the village shall
validly impose now or in the future, among its
members, residents, transients and others who, in one or
the others, use the village and its facilities;

4. That in the event of non-compliance of the above undertakings,


Vista Verde North Executive Village Homeowners Association Inc.,
(VVNEVHAI) has the right to stop my operation, close any or all units
and/or impose penalties as may be deemed right and proper under the
circumstances;

5. That I am executing this Affidavit in order to attest to the truth of


the foregoing facts and circumstances and in order to secure the necessary
clearance from the VVNEVHAI and for whatever legal intents and
purposes this may serve.

in Vista Verde North, Caloocan City, personally appeared today, July 28, 2014,
