Dear Ms. Jacky Manzano,

This is a warning letter being issued to you due to
your inappropriate behavior with our customers on
March 2, 2023. Due to your actions, the customers
remained unsatisfied with our Restaurant. This can affect
the company’s reputation.
As per investigation you have a 2 customers
complains with in the day. We come out to suspend you
for 3 days from March 3-5, 2023. Your return of duty
will be on March 6, 2023.
Please refrain from acting inappropriately with
customers again. Any further display of misconducts
may result in additional disciplinary action, which can
possibly include termination of your contract. If you are
facing problems with the appointed tasks, please refer to
the supervisor.
