1.0 Introduction Introduction was made for all personnel present in the meeting

2.0 A safety brief of the ground rules within Alcon facility was shared. Also, a
Safety/Diversity diversity moment on the need to do one thing differently in this project for
Moments diversity and inclusion was also shared.

Highlights from 3PSL Presentations:


►Key Project Team Members were shared. Alcon requested that 3Psl should also
share with them other resources and the resource plan.
►3PSL informed that the main objective of the presentation was to highlight its
execution strategy and start-up plans for effective take-off of the project.
►3PSL shared with the team the scope of work and its understanding of the
requirements for timely and safe delivery. Also the deliverables as per contract
documents that should be submitted within ten (10) days of Contract
3.0 3PSL Presentation Commencement Date (CCD) were also highlighted. Alcon informed that they
would share with 3PSL the MDR that may require that more deliverables be
submitted.
► 3PSL shared its project schedule with a timeline of hundred (100) days
completion. Alcon requested for a revised copy to be sent.
►3PSL planned to accommodate its personnel within the host community
because of the short duration of the project. Alcon objected to the proposal on
grounds of security and AGPC disapproval and advised that 3PSL set-up its
accommodation caravans within the Alcon Camp.
►3PSL requested to know the level of engagement with host community. Alcon
informed that 3PSL is covered under the FTO between Alcon and Community but
would be required to make minimal payments to community.
►3PSL cost plan was shared. Alcon requested that 3PSL should also share its cost
profile.
►Alcon to share with 3PSL approved WPS to enable 3PSL qualify its welders
►3PSL informed that its vendors for this project are Arco Integrity for NDT and
Footprint Technical services for Hydrotest.
►Risks and issues envisaged during the execution of this project were also
highlighted and mitigation plans discussed.
Highlights from Alcon Presentation:
►Alcon presented a 3D model of the project scope. Alcon informed that a
modification of the flowline route has been made and would share a revised
drawing with 3PSL.
4.0 ALCON PRESENTATION ►Alcon said that the contract document has not been signed by its top
management. Its plan is to sign before end of next week and send a copy to 3PSL
via DHL.
►Alcon informed that the pipe coating in their vendor yard is at 50% progress.
►Alcon said that the flowline would NOT be required to be painted with a 3-
coating system and a final coat on the whole flowline. Only the field joints would
be required to be coated with heat shrinkable sleeves.
►Alcon further clarified that 3PSL is to provide a performance bond after seven
days of contract award.

5.0 AOB ►Alcon to communicate a date when coated linepipes fittings would be available
and free-issued.
►Site visit to be planned for next week for 3PSL to assess location for camp set
up.
►Both parties to share counterpart details to enable seamless communication
