Elite Extrusion LLC an ISO 9001 – 2000 company
manufactures high quality extruded aluminum profiles.
We are located in Ras-Al-Khaimah. Our plant is
equipped with 2400 ton Hydraulic Extrusion Presses,
with latest “ State Of The Art ” technology and
supplemented with Vertical Powder Coating Plant and
Anodizing Plant, for production of Quality profiles , as
per British Standards, catering to the Architectural
application like Curtain Wall , Structural Glazing systems
etc and Non- Architectural applications like Scaffolding ,
Kitchen Cabinet, Shop Fronts etc. Our Client list are wide
spread and not limited to UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain.

Our extrusions are normally supplied in AA 6063 / 6061

/ 6082 with Temper of T4/T5/T6 in Mill Finish, Powder
Coated, Anodized Matte or Polish Finish. We also cater
to our valued customers’ specific requirements on
providing us with the samples or drawings.

We have introduced a modern system for thermally

broken system; THERMOS 110 ® series in Sliding
version.

Company is also authorized extruder for Elegant 65®

Structural Glazing System. The company is also
approved applicator for powder coating by M/s. Jotun.

At Elite Extrusion LLC, we practice a strict Quality

Control Procedure & Methods. The Quality Assurance
System is certified to ISO 9001: 2000.

The Quality Assurance & Control Department is managed

by a Manager under whom there are Q.C Supervisor &
Quality Controller Inspectors. The team ensures that all
required test & checks are carried out.

The normal & routine inspections are carried out for;

Dimensional Checks
Deviation or Flatness, Sharpness, Angularity etc.
Visual – Surface Inspection.
Hardness Check

There is a system which adequately controls the reports

at every check point and thereby maintains traceability
at all points of manufacture.

For powder coating & anodizing jobs, company is

equipped with a modern full scale laboratory and all in
line and panel tests as per Qualicoat / Qualanod are
conducted. The company’s coating is approved by M/s.
Jotun for both PE-F, PE-SDF coatings.
