different sets of awards.

In a film is a motion or moving pictures that
it has been recorded so that it can be
shown at the cinema or television.
It tells story in a real situation.
You can use the camera to take the moving
pictures which can be viewed in screen,
cinema or either on your own television

Film: A technology driven art

For the lesson two we have here discussed
the theme as technology driven art since
being said it’s technology which derives as a
form of art. Another art form which has risen to
tremendous heights within the last century
So, class please read about the film. is film or cinema.
As its early name “motion pictures”
declared, film brought yet another
dimension into play- that of moving images.
The possibilities of this medium created a
new art form that was to become a powerful
socialand economic force, and a legacy of
20th century to the world.

Cinema, just as all modern arts, has been

Ok next. advances.
The transitions from still photography came
in the late 1800s with “Series Photography”
and the invention of celluloid strip film.

The need to view these moving images led

to the rise of the kinetoscope, a peepshow
cabinet with an eyehole through which
these earliest “movies” could be viewed one
person at a time.

A motor inside the cabinet moved the film

strip along in a loop, with an electric bulb
providing illumination from beneath.

Cinematographe. Ok class please read all
about Cinematographe.
In the meantime, European and American
inventors were providing one technological
advancement after another.
The French developed the
“cinemotographe,” a hand-cranked camera,
printer, and projector all in one that was
lightweight enough to bring outside the
studio.

Film: The collaborative art of film making

So, class for the lesson III were going to
discuss now the theme as the collaborative art
of film making.
Class when we say collaborative in film
making it is the helping hand to hand help of
different persons to do the film making.

So, the film making includes of course we

have please read.
ARTIST
*Actor and the actresses
WRITERS
*Who writes or narrates the story
PRODUCTION EXPERT
*The production experts in terms of
productions the costumes the setups the
editing’s
CAMERA
*of course, the person behind the
technicians by getting the camera by
capturing the best angle.
LIGHTNING EQUIPMENT
*The lightning equipment’s for the lightning
and the darkness of the areas.
SET
*What is the theme or the general of the
film.
PROPS & COSTUMES
*The props and the costumes that we use.

Ok class thank you let’s start with the film

Director Class please read.

Film Director

It is the director, like the painter and

sculptor in traditional art, who envisions the
final effect of the film on its viewers,
visually, mentally and emotionally

While the painter and sculptor worth with

physical materials, the film director works
with ideas, images, sounds, and other

effects to create this unique piece of art.

Yes, class unlike the painter and the sculpture

which focusses on making or crafting it works
from the physical materials as a film director
you need to understand what are the different
effects the sounds that being added and the
images and ideas for you to create a certain
film.
Ok class in addition please read. He or she conceptualizes the scenes,
directs the acting, supervises the
cinematography and finally the editing and
sound dubbing in much the same way as a
visual artist composes an artwork. Clearly,
however, the director does not do all these
alone.

Thank you, class, so that’s a reason why there

should be a person on the production expert
and which can have help on preparing the
different materials needed.

So, class let’s proceed in acting please read. Acting

First and foremost, there was the art of

acting for film. With live theatre as the only
form of acting the time, film actors had to
learn to express themselves without the
exaggerated facial expressions and
gestures used on stage.
With the addition of sound in the 1930’s
they then had to learn to deliver their lines
naturally and believable.

Ok class so that is one of the best things you

need to know if you are going to enrol yourself
in acting workshop you need to memorize sets
of different lines you need to portrait a certain
image and emotional portray in connecting
with the audience.

ok next up we have here cinematography ok

please read. Cinematography
Behind the scenes, there was
cinematography or the art of film camera
work. This captured the director’s vision of
each scene through camera placement and

movement, lightning, and other special

techniques.

Thank you, class, so they are the workforce

behind the scenes.
Ok next we have here editing please read.
Editing
This was joined by film editing, the art of
selecting the precise sections of film, then
sequencing the joining them to achieve the
directors desired visual and emotional
effect. Sound editing was also developed,
as films began to include more ambitious
effects beyond the dialogue and
background music.

For the editing part you need to add more

sound effects in order for you to get the
emotions of the audience and can join on
what is happening on the actors’ actresses on
the field.

Ok next we have here the productions or what

you call the sepsis. Production/Set design
sign underlying all this was the art
production and set design. This recreated in
physical terms-through location, scenery,
sets, lightning, costumes, and props-the
mental image that the director had of how
each scene should look, what period it
should depict, and what atmosphere it
should convey. This included creating
words that did not exits as well as words
that were long gone, signing each
production component down to the very last
detail.

So those are the different persons and

workforces which helps you in crafting and
creating a certain film of course again we
have the film directors, the acting of the actors
and the actresses the production sets and so
on.

Among the other exiting milestone in the

fast-emerging Philippine animation industry
was the creation in 2008 of urduja, an
animated film adaptation of the legend of
the warrior princess of Pangasinan.
Produced by APT entertainment,
Seventoon, and Imaginary friends,

Urduja is recognized as the first fully-

animated Filipino film, created by an all
Filipino group of animators using the
traditional (Hand-drawn) animation process
with some 3D effects. The character was
voice by all-star cast of actors from
Philippine cinema and television, with the
screenplay written in filipino.
