ABSTRACT

Human resource management is concerned with people element in management. Since every
organization is made up of people acquiring their services developing their skills which are
essential to achieve organizational objectives. This study is conducted to know practices the HR
practices carried out in SAS. The HR policies are tool to achieve employee satisfaction and thus
highly motivated employees.

The data collected for this study is mainly through primary sources. Primary data was collected
from 50 employees using structured questionnaire and secondary data was collected from
journals, internet and various textbook. The collected data was analyzed using percentages and
graphs.

It was concluded from the study that majority of employees are satisfied with the HR practices
carried out in SAS PVT LTD.
