    A 320 meter long water canal was constructed with a 4 foot deep earth cutting. A 6 inch thick concrete slab was poured that was 7 feet wide and 320 meters long, reinforced with 4mm steel rods spaced 6 inches apart. Walls 641 meters long and 51⁄2 feet high and 18 inches thick were built on both sides of the canal, with a 31⁄2 foot space between them. One side of the walls received a double coat of plaster.

    WATER CANAL

    1. Earth cutting 4 feets depth, total 320 meters.


    2. Earth cutting and leveling with moram soil approx 300 trips.
    3. Pcc slab construct with 4mm steel rods.
    4. Pcc slab thickness 6inches width 7 feets length 320 meters
    5. Space in between each steel rod is 6 inches.
    6. Wall length size for both sides 640 meters.
    7. Wall height 5½ feets and wall thickness 18 inches.
    8. Double coted plastering for one side wall
    9. Space in between both wall 3½ feets.
