ITEMS and WORK Description

1. Excavation 3ft depth and width of 2ft for throughout boundaries.

2. PCC Bed with 40mm jelly of proportionate 1:8.
3. From bottom three stages of foundation (stone with masonry).
4. Concrete Bed with steel reinforcement of 6inches.
5. Brick wall raising (as per client).
6. MS Gate of size 10*5 = 50 feet.

COST As Per SQUARE Feet

1. Compound Wall = 80/sqft.

2. Foundation stone work = 130/sqft.
3. 6inch concrete with steel reinforcement = 150/rft (running feet)
4. MS Gate Work = 400/sqft.

NOTE:

1. Compound Wall: 6inch solid blocks wall raising without plastering.

2. Concrete Bed: 6inch concrete bed with 10mm steel reinforcement.
of M20 grade concrete.
3. Foundation Stone Work: Consist of three stages which goes as pyramid style
each stage is of approx. 1ft height.
4. Ms Gate: All-inclusive like procurement, transportation and fitting.
5. Completion time required 45 to 60 days from the day of confirmation.
