 Earthwork excavation for footings size as per structural drawings depth as per site
 Laying foundation bed concrete for footings with 40 mm
down size aggregate In C.C 1:4:8 of 6” Thickness.
 Providing RCC footings and columns as per structural designs
with 20 mm downsize Aggregate in CC 1:2:3. (M20)

Foundation will be constructed like first we construct the Ground beam on ground level

 Then the basement is constructed with block masonry up to plinth level

 After that 6” lintel is provided as plinth beam
 Plinth beam as per structural designs with 20mm downsize aggregate in CC 1:2:3.

 For the partition walls of 4 ½” thickness is provided with plinth beams wherever
required.
 Basement filling with waist soil layer by layer compacting and
watering Up to 1ft below basement level then gravel
of 1ft height is provided.
 maximum height of filling is up to 1.5 feet from ground level, more than 1.5 feet consider
as an extra item.


 SOLID BLOCK Wall: 6” thick SOLID BLOCK masonry wall will be constructed for main
walls and 4” thick wall will be constructed for partition wall with using CM 1:6.
 LINTEL: Lintel will be provided all round with RCC M20 Concrete using Reinforcement of
TMT Steel (Fe500/Fe550) #4 No of 12 mm dia Rod, 8 mm dia for rings at 8” c/c will be
used.
 The construction of Building 6” thick SOLID BLOCK masonry wall with RCC column
framed structure will be constructed.
 R.C.C. CHEJJA: For windows chejjas of 1’6” wide with 6” bearing on either side with 3”
thick of c.c.1:1.5:3 proportion will be provided. Reinforcement as per structural drawing.
 R.C.C. LOFT SLAB: Loft slab will be provided as per requirement cc 1:1.5:3 of 3” thick,
reinforcement of Tor 8 mm will be provided on either sides & over 7 ft height in bath rooms
and two sides at kitchen.
 R.C.C. ROOF SLAB: Roofing concrete will be M20 grade cement concrete and
reinforcement will be used of TMT Steel as per design.10mm dia Tor steel rods @ 6” c.c.

 PLASTERING: Plastering will be done with cement mortar of 1:6 Proportion with
minimum thickness of 12mm and 18mm plastering for outside walls with cement
mortar of 1:5 with sponge finish. Plastering will be done in P SAND.
 STAIRCASE: Staircase will be Mortar finish with 3’0” wide Treads: 10” Riser: 6”,
reinforcement is provided as per requirement.MS Railings will be provided for
staircase with mortar finishing.
 Parapet wall 3’0” Hight with 4” thick wall using brick wall plastering both sides.

 ELEVATION RAILINGS
 ENTRANCE GATE OF 5’ HIGHT (CNC DESIGN WILL COST EXTRA)

 For Main doors with seasoned NEEM wood of frame size 6”x4”( for ground floor door
with window will be charged extra)for first & second floor NEEM wood door with
frame will be provided of frame size 6”x4”.Remaining frames will be seasoned NEEM
wood of frames size 5” x 3”with Membrane doors of 1” thick will be
provided.(3000rs\door)Windows will be NEEM wood frames of size 5” x 3” with
hercules shutters of 3” x 1” with plain glass of 5 mm thick provided, and bath room &
toilet doors will be PVC with frame(1500rs\door) will be provided.

Main doors will be provided with Brass fittings of handles (500rs\handle), tower bolts, aldrops &
1 lock (Godrej/Europa) (Rs 2,000.00).
Remaining doors and windows will be provided with SS coated fittings. Tower bolts, etc.

chambers of required sizes will be provided.
 1000 Ltrs of PVC Tank of triple layer coated with ISI brand will be provided. (Make Ganga,
