The project, "Potentials of Agritourism Future Development in the Province of
Isabela: An Exploratory Study” was approved by the university. One (1) of the study was
partially accomplished. The title of the Study is Potentials and Opportunity of Agritourism in
the Province of Isabela: A Profiling

Agritourism has been recognized for its efficiency in increasing income prior to the
production of crops or animals. Since it is now prevalent for Filipinos to travel for picnics and
celebrations, agritourism has seen growing demands. As a result, the study was only halfway
finished.  The output shown below was obtained.

1. Coordinated the aforementioned study on the DA-LGU Roxas for a list of non-registered
agritourism or the names of integrated farmers with at least 3 hectares farm.
2. 10% of the respondents (non-registered agritourism or 3 hectares above farm) had been
interviewed.

Organic Agricultural System in the Province of Isabela”. The following documents depicts the
success of the study.

1. Set Up the Isolation room. Every trials have 20 soil samples for isolation. Each
suspension were introduced 2 cadavers of larva for baiting of EPN. 6 out of 20
isolates observed successful colonization of EPN thru discoloration as indication.
2. Successful Isolation. successfully discovered entomopathogenic nematodes on the
fourth trial of isolation, Failed on the first up to third trial of baiting nematodes and it
was successful in the fourth trial.
