Germs are everywhere: in school, at home, at the gym, at the mall, even
on your computer! You’re constantly exposed to germs.
Fortunately for most of us, our immune systems defend us against germs
and microorganisms daily to keep us healthy and prevent infection.
The body has an amazing protect system called the immune system.
Your inmune system fights against the virus . It is is a powerful army that
defends you.
When you get a fever and a cough that means your immune system is
fighting against the virus.
It is important to take care of our immune system. There are different
ways to boost it. Eat healthy food, drink enough water, sleep very well
(8 hours), do exercise, wash your hands, don´t smoke and drink alcohol,
avoid stress, etc.
