BUILD NOTES

DO NOT CONFUSE GROUND (0V, from battery negative) and MID-SUPPLY (4.5V, triangle symbol)
REVISION HISTORY
Q1 can be a common J202 selected for Vgs(off)=1.6-1.8V. Works great if using 2x LEDs for D4/D5 instead of LED + diode in the original, which uses 2N4339 with Vgs(off)=1.1-1.2V
REV 2.3: Added C58/R77/R78 to slow down the rise/fall time of the LFO rectangle wave, eliminating LFO clicks. C57 reduced back to 22n.
Added R79/R80, so that shorting one or both Line Out channels to ground (such as by plugging a mono jack) does not cut headphones.
R13, R24 and R29 set the compressor min gain = 1+ R13/R29, and max gain = 1+ R13/(R24 + Rds(on)). Added R17 (back from Rev001) to reduce switching clicks

REV 2.2: Cab Sim revoiced again to match X100 (with JTEX low noise mod). Buffer treble boost deleted. Mostly just adds noise for too little benefit.
R13: sustain. May be replaced with a pot.
R7: amount of distortion. May be replaced with a pot. REV 2.1: Cab Sim revoiced to sound like Soloist instead of Sustainor. Chorus: C57 increased to 1uF (this rounds off the corners of the LFO triangle for less jumpy pitch)
R69: chorus depth. May be replaced with a pot. REV 2: MAJOR CHANGES: cab sim went from 2 op amps (Soloist) to 3 (X100). Chorus now also based on X100 (adds an op amp in optput filter). Mixer redesigned so that Aux In does not go to Line Out.
D REV 1: first revision that actually got built. Based mostly around the Soloist.
D
R15 and R31 set the relative volumes of CLN and DIST.
R50 may be tweaked for lowest distortion through the chorus.
Sheet: /
All non-polar caps using the normal-sized cap symbol should be 5% C0G/NP0 ceramic or 5% film, except C14 (bipolar electrolytic). File: ShockMan REV2.3.sch
Caps using a smaller symbol (power decoupling, C58) are MLCC ceramics (X7R or X5R).

SW1 and SW2 are On-On-On toggles (DP3T). In the middle position, one side goes one way and the other goes the other way.
Title: JTEX Shockman
With the ICs shown, the circuit draws only 8mA from a 9V battery and is much less noisy than an original Rockman (by more than 10dB)
