 Receiving Inspection done as per ITP points mentioned as per PO, Codes &
Standard requirements.
 Reviewed Material Test Certificates and found all Required Chemical,
Mechanical & NDT were meeting with Codes & Standard requirements.
 Visual Inspection performed on all offered quantity for physical condition and
found free from mechanical damages.
 Verified Marking and found correlating with MTC & Code marking
requirement.
 Dimensions verified for all Items offered Overall length, OD, ID & Bevel Edges
and found as per required dimensions and found within tolerance limits
 Verified Wall Thickness by UT thickness Gauge and found within tolerance
limits.

 Visual and Dimensional Control of Pipes, Spools & Fittings

 Performed and witnessed dimensional inspection for the, Spools & Fittings.
Results found satisfactory and accepted.
 Initial Witness of weld Overlay of Pipes, Flanges & Fittings Witnessed as per
Approved Procedures & Welding Documents and found in order, hence
accepted the Initial witness to proceed with weld overlay process.
 Visual inspection was performed on the Pipes, Spools & Fittings are free from
voids, Pits, Foreign inclusions, Scratch’s, worm hole and wrinkles. Results found
satisfactory and accepted.

 Final Inspection Activities and Review of Documents

 Witnessing of Dimensional Inspection and Marking inspection was done for Spools
& Fittings which were ready for inspection and shipping.
