A history of someone effected by cyberbullying !
Cyberbullying is a big normalised factor ik our society. I mean,
influencers, world wide celebrities with huge fame wake up with milions of fans and even huger number to the people that hate them . But even for us people that we are known so little, we go through cyberbullying a lot in our street, neighbourhood, school, probably everywhere we go. Well, how does this thing effect and how is it such an horrible thing? One of my friends as always struggled with weight problems and they were not confident & all with their body but they tried to manage it and still tried to look confident for their weight. But one time in a school day she was going through the school hallways & as she was going through it she heard one of the girls say “she is so fat & ugly. why do people even like her?” Her immediate thought was to break down and cry and thats what she did … but not in front of them. She went into the school bathroom and just immediately broke down. She would often look herself in the mirror and be disgusted. But that wasn’t the only offensive thing she gotten. Her whole life she has been judged so hard about the way she sit & ate , how she never managed to control herself & some people laughed at her when she was running. But even on social media she would often get screenshots of other people making fun of her weight. She always felt horrible. She would often look in the mirror and be disgusted with herself … & even for a while she would close her eyes when she walked into a mirror so she wouldn’t see herself. At that point, she was starting to get more judged by her classmates, teacher, it became impossible for her to even be in a room without crying. Her mental health started to become so bad, she didn’t eat, she didn’t drink, she would often cry in her room all day, and food wouldn’t even go through her mind. She eventually lost weight … 30kg over 2 months. She was getting so much positive reactions from people like “you are looking good” , “you are stunning” but she didn’t feel that positive reaction because there were always the bad ones that thought she had a sickness or she did an operation to remove all her fat. Even though, she lost this much weight she still didn’t feel good & people still judged. Whatever she did … they just kept & kept juding
