Introduction
For the facilitator!

Welcome to the English I Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM)Module on


Rhyming Words.

This module was collaboratively prepared, designed, developed and checked


by educators from public institution to help and assist you teacher or facilitator in
facilitating the necessary knowledge and skills that will contribute great impact for
the total transformation of the learners and to meet the standards set by the K to 12
Curriculum despite the unfavorable situation right now. It has ultimately a great help
to you teachers and eventually to the learners who need this most.

This learning resouces hopes to cater the needs of the learners by engaging
them to guided and independent learning activities that will develop thier learning
performance even in thier own pace and time.

As a facilitator, you are expected to orient the learners on how to use this module.
You also need to keep track of the learners' progress while allowing them to manage
their own learning. Furthermore, you are expected to encourage and assist the
learners as they do the tasks included in the module.

What is Rhyming Words?

 Rhyming words are words that have the same ending sound.

Examples of rhyming words:

 Glide-tried-slide

 Fly-High-Sky

 Drop-Lollipop-Shop

 Words with different spelling but have the same ending sound are

rhyming words.
