EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This study is conducted to describe what kind of event we are organizing

which will be an event for entertainment purposes.

The Karisyo Kabataan aims to let the students of Palo National High School
enjoy and have fun memories during the event. We also hope that the event
relieves them from the stress regarding the academic performances.

MARKET ANALYSIS

People in this generation are highly excited about events. One of the sites of
schools where events might be conducted is Palo National High School.
Many groups and grade levels there are quite innovative and creative when it
comes to planning events. Karisyo Kabataan stands out from others since it
aims to ease stress and provide the organizers with a chance to have fun. In
addition, all Palo National High School students are welcome to attend this
event.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

The expected budget for the event is 5,000 with 1,500 for the rent of the
venue and the ticket included. The income or profit of the event is 3,500
pesos.

OPERATIONAL PLAN

The preferred venue for the event is the gymnasium because it is accessible
to all students at Palo National High School. The expected participants of
the event is the students and faculty members of Palo National High School.

RISK ANALYSIS

The possible risk that can happen is that stampede might happen and
will possibly injuries to the students during the event. The sound
system might have a technical problem. The solution for this kind of
problem is to limit the number of participants and have a lot of exit
doors in case of emergency, and prepare an extra sound system.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the study shows that the event is feasible with proper
timing or time management, proper execution of the plan, and a lot of
participants to support our event.
SURVEY RESULTS OF KARISYO KABATAAN

Based on the survey that we have gathered we have come up with the
following results in which ask the opinion of the 30 students about the
event we are going to organize out of 30 participants, 21 of them ages
between 13-14, 7 of them were 15-16. As for their gender, 16 of them were
males, 13 were females.

We come up with some particular activities to be held in the event which are
photo booth, disco, raffle, face painting, fun run and food Bazaar. The most
preferred activity among the students for the Disco with 12 votes, sportsfest
with 12 votes and the food bazaar with 11 votes. The most votes day for the
event to be held is Friday and preferred time to attend during the afternoon.
When it comes to the location they prefer it to be at the gymnasium. Most of
them are interested for participating the event which 13 of them voted for
volunteering, 13 of them voted to be a performer, and 3 of each students
voted for sponsoring and exhibiting. The range cost they preferred for the
food on the food Bazaar ranges between 5-10 pesos.

Overall the attendees of the said event will be the Junior High School
students of Palo National High School with the age range of 13 to 15 years
old. Regarding to the ticket fee it cost 10.00 pesos per head and for the
activities, we have the Photo booth, Disco, Raffle, Face painting, Sports Fest,
Fun Run, and Food Bazaar. The product in the food Bazaar will cost 5 to 10
pesos. The event will be held at Palo National High School gymnasium on
Friday afternoon from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
