3.1 BUSINESS OVERVIEW

According to a study, resulting that sugar can make lessen the ability of

responding stress to your body. We decided to develop churros. Churros has been

popular in Spanish shepherds before and are used to alternative of fresh bread. Churros

has 370 calories, 370 grams of fat, 370 grams of protein, 370 grams of carbs. As it

progresses in time, churros have become a snack/ dessert that every people love.

“Philippines Keyword searches from October 2019 to November 2020 interest in

humans’ resort to eating as a form of reaction to discomfort”. In the market, churros isn’t

really well known, that’s when we decided to introduce it to the market, by also adding a

twist on it. Churritos is located at at the 2nd Floor Heritage Bldg. Maharlika Road, Brgy.

Malvar, Santiago City near University of La Sallete High School Campus. In this location,

all customer especially students and teachers working and studying nearby. Our business

is said to have ready to cook churros and ready to be delivered to your home.

3.3 TARGET MARKET

CHURRITOS has segmented a market into 6 distinct customer segments.

Teenagers – Nowadays mostly of teenagers go out to resto or some restaurants for them

to have snacks with their friends.

Students – These people are always looking for something new. Just like in

teenagers, students are also looking for something they can go and chill out after school

hours.

Kids – We all know that’s kids love sweets and looking for something really attractive to

their eyes. They’re always looking for something to catch their attention and something

that they can really enjoy.

Tourist – The reason why tourists travel because they want to experience try something

new. Something that can satisfy them and something that can leave them good

impressions about that country they’ve visited.

Food Bloggers – Most of these type of people wants something really unique and new

to their taste and style. They’re also looking for something picture perfect for their social

media like instagram.

Teachers – We are all aware that teachers and instructors are also suffering

from stress and pressure especially those high school and college instructors. These days

they are also looking for something that can give them relaxation and something they can

enjoy to forget their stress.

• Both men and women can have snacks to share with their friends and barkada’s.

• Both men and women mostly prefer these kind of snacks in barkada's chill out

night.

• Women are more interested in trends that can be posted on their Social Media

than men.

• Both men and women prefer this kind of date sites and foods.

• 3-10yrs old - between these ages, kids also love something good to eat. Kids loves

snacks especially those ones that catch their attention to.

• 11-20yrs old - teenagers and students always love to try something what is trendy and

something that can be shared on Social Media just to show off. They always love to

take selfies of what food they're going to eat, in short something that is new and picture

perfect for Instagram and for other social media platforms they're using. People under

these ages also love to hang out with their friends and barkadas, a couple's date

sometimes.

• 21-40yrs old - We all know that adults like teachers, employees, and others that under

these ages also want something that can make themselves relaxed. Hang out with

friends, family and love ones. Employees can also have business meeting and

business talks with their clients in Churritos Supreme and order some snacks.

• 41yrs old and so on - At these ages, all they want is something that can remove their

stress by treating their selves something new.

4.0 PRODUCT

Churritos will provide a high quality of food and enabling to provide full service of

delivery. Our philosophy is to bring food satisfaction and consistent quality of service to

our customer. We also ensure the quality that we guarantee.

Churritos are all available to all customers of Churos Supreme. Therefore

customers responsibility to get these products by their own means. We will make product

available through our high quality of food and full service delivery.

5.0 PRICE

The pricing strategy used in this business is bundle pricing. We all know that bundle

pricing is a strategy used by a company in selling a package or set of goods or services

for a lower price than they would charge if the customer bought all of them separately. In

this case, if you're going to buy any of the sizes of our Churros Supreme, it comes with

one of the drinks of your choice and we use bundle pricing so that we can easily get the

attention of the customers. For them it will be affordable to buy it and it’s not waste of

money.

6.0 PROMOTION

The type of promotion used by our business is advertisement. In today's

generation, most people are always linked on social media platforms, Facebook,

Instagram, YouTube etc. We just thought that by using video advertisements, our

product can be easily promoted to our future customers. We advertise our products for

three main reason: to inform, to persuade and to remind. Advertisement helps us to show

people and customers what we can offer and what benefits our products have. It also

helps us to launch our product in the market easily.

By using advertisements, viewers and audiences can see what's with our product,

what is that something special that can only be served in our store and that is there's no

other than the Churritos Supreme and for them to see the beauty of our spot that they

can surely enjoy. Via advertisement we can easily persuade the customers to chill and

hang out with their friends and family in Churritos.

7.0 PLACE

Churritos is located at the 2nd Floor Heritage Bldg., Maharlika Road, Brgy.

Malvar, Santiago City near University of La Sallete High School Campus. In this location,

all customer especially students and teachers working and studying nearby, can have a

stress relieving experience after working and studying without going too far. Churritos

targets this location not only because it was located along the highway but also because

it is surrounded by different working places like banks, schools and etc., by that

customers won't have to go too far just to relax and enjoy. One step away and Churritos

is waiting to serve you.

8.0 PHYSICAL EVIDENCE

The place and ambiance of the restaurant that we decided to pick was based and

adapted from the Spanish and Mexican look and we decided to make it a bit unique and

added some aesthetic designs that will might catch the attention of the costumers. It was

adapted from the Spanish and Mexican look because of the Menu and servings also, we

tried to adapt from their culture that we mixed.

It is said that the flavor of your interior should match the flavor of your menu. This

is why we choose to design our food area in relation to the origin of the food that we

serve. We allow our customers to travel back to where the food originated as they step in

to the corners of our restaurant while making it a point that their tastebuds will be

likewise satisfied.

Moreover, aside from considering the aesthetic quality of our place, we let our

customers enjoy and live at the moment by setting up an enticing atmosphere for them to

dine and have fun.


9.0 PEOPLE

The “CHURRITOS” will be owned by group founding partners, each of them

has a particular area of expertise that encompasses a wide variety of business

function.

• MANAGER (Lanz Baltazar), she is in charge of planning, directing, organizing,

controlling and overseeing the operations and financial health of a company’s

business unit, division, department or operating unit. She is also in charge of

overseeing and leading the work of a group of employees.

• SECRETARY (Christine Viloria), She is in charge of enabling communication

within an office as well as dealing with public interactions. She is in charge in

answering and redirecting phone calls, organizing meetings, and providing

individualized help for other employees in their office. Also she is in charge in

recording minutes of a meeting entails nothing who is present and other

formalities in a document.

• DELIVERY (Loidrin Aragon), They are in charge of products, materials and

merchandise require specific routes and budgets. They also usually report to a

manager and work full or part time days, nights and weekends. They're also

responsible for the incoming and outgoing deliveries of the company business. In

addition, they're also the one who's in charge in making sure that the outgoing

order of the customers are delivered properly and on time.


• CASHIER (Xyra Tumanut and Christine Viloria), She is in charge in processing

cash, debit, credit, and check transactions using a cash register or other point of

sale device. They balance the cash register, make change, record purchases,

process refunds, and scan products for sale, among other things.

• PROMOTER (Loidrin Aragon), They are in charge in demonstrating how the

product works, answers questions, and tries to persuade customers or clients to

buy it. Set up booths or promotional displays and stock products, arrange

merchandise to appear neat and appealing to customers and also distribute

product samples, pamphlets and flyers.


10.0 PROCESS

Churritos will be having two types of service: Dine-in and take out. And because of

this pandemic- covid-19, people are afraid to go out and chill that's why Churritos make

it easier for those who wants to order. They can also order through social media like

facebook or contact (0915 044 8116) for faster transaction. Delivery fee varies

depending on your location. In addition to that, Churritos also available in food panda

application.

11.0 SUMMARY

CHURRITOS is a food station where you can have a great bond in each bite.

Teenagers are the largest target audience because they are the one who had the greatest

potential for helping us in our business's growth. Churritos will provide a high-quality

product and good quality service. We offer supreme and classic menu that will truly satisfy

our customer's appetite, Churritos also provide affordable budget food for solo customer

and for "barkadas". We use bundle pricing strategy, discounted food bundles will be

offered to our beloved customers. You’re free to visit our social media sites for Churritos

updates and because we are living a technology driven world, we used some social media

platforms like Facebook to promote our business and base on our current generation,

online promotion is the fastest way in promoting one's business in a large number of

audiences around the internet world. Churritos is located at the 2nd floor heritage bldg.

campus. The ambiance of our physical store was based and adopted from Spanish and

Mexican look. Dine in is allowed but strict protocol guidelines are implemented in our store

to avoid the spreading of COVID-19 virus, take out orders are also available to our walk

in customers and we also offer door-to-door delivery by just adding minimal fare
