Replace a Switch (1/1) Hardware

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS STEP BY STEP ?


The purpose of this step by step is to know the Switch device replacement procedure.

In case something does not work as expected, please contact first Marlink Desk Support.
If they do not answer, contact the HO team for assistance.

01 Make sure to turn off all computer devices.​

Remove all the cables attached to NAS and to the Windows Server.​

03 Install the new switch device.

Connect all the cables in NAS and in UPS.

05 Once the NAS is CONNECTED, send an email to Fleetsupport.

Contact: raise an EUP ticket, following the “EUP support process”.
