1. In the twenty-first century, being a subject-matter expert alone is no longer
sufficient for teachers; they also need to be mentors, innovators, motivators, and
facilitators. In order for me to be hired on my dream job, which is to be an
educator, I'll acquire the necessary skills such as perseverance, self-direct, self-
discipline, adaptability, and initiative. And also, as a person who is living in 21st
century generation, I must be flexible in oral and written communication, public
speaking and presenting especially in collaboration and cooperation in facilitating
the used of virtual workspaces. I believed, to bring about a conscious transition
from rote learning to future preparation in the learning journey of the kid, we, a
teachers must develop and progress collaboratively.
2. Students are more engaged in learning when they have access to media in the
classroom. Media can help illustrate a lesson by allowing us to see real-life
examples of what we have learned. Therefore, Smart Boards and other interactive
media allow us to move objects on a screen for illustrative purposes. Bridges are
built between students' prior knowledge and the course's learning objectives
through effective instruction. Utilizing media in the classroom engages us, helps us
retain knowledge, spurs enthusiasm in the subject, and shows how many ideas are
relevant. That’s why I believed that being a media literate is necessary in order for
us to be flexible in adopting changes and be a globally competitive in a near
future.
3. Information literacy stimulates and informs problem solving and critical
thinking, and it serves as a foundation for lifelong learning. It able us to find,
utilize, and assess information to help us make decisions. We, a students, create
high-quality assessments using the proper materials. In addition to this,
information literacy integrates ability encompassing the reflective discovery of
information, the understanding of how information is produced and valued, and
the use of information in creating new knowledge and participating ethically in
communities of learning. It is important to every students because it helps us to
be aware of such unreliable content and to evaluate sources effectively, both in an
academic context and more generally.
