I, Raymond C. Sanvictores, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with address

at 078, Pandi, Bulacan, do hereby name, constitute and appoint Erlinda C. Sanvictores,
of legal age, Filipino, married and with address at Pandi, Bulacan, as my true and legal
representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To follow-up, inquire, and finally process and claim my

back pay and other salaries in the Abenson Ventures Inc. and/or
Electroworld;

2. To perform other necessary acts in connection thereto,

and to execute, sign, and authenticate for me any document or
writing necessary in connection with the said purpose;

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact, power and authority
to do every act necessary and required in connection with these presents, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that she may do by virtue of these presents.
