Why English is Important to be Learned at Kindergarten

Why English is important to be learned at kindergarten ? The first thing is that it is not
teasy to learn English. Learning English or other language has to be teached from younger age,
such as kindergarten. This teaching purpose on the kids to mastering the English skills faster. In
younger age (kindergarten kids), at that age human can easily learn something and that
knowledge will stay in his brain more longer than older age learner. What else can be some
prove that it is important for younger age to learn English is that learning english is like an
iceberg. We can see some small tip in the surface but has much more big below. Means that,
learning English at the tip is like learning the basic of English which is take about 1 – 2 years,
than on the below that is the improvement which is take about 3 – 7 years to learn. After the
kids have learned the basic of English which is take about 1 – 2 years, that kids will have more
time to learn the improvement of that skill which is take almost likely to learn a full class on
elementary school. In my case, I learn english start from third grade elementary school which if
we take this to ‘iceberg method’, I have to learn the basic which will take 1 – 2 years, when I’ve
mastered the basic I will get into fifth grade class, and later I still have to improve my skill
which take time about 3 – 7 years, then I will master the skills at the first semester of college.
That is the worst case scenario if we take the longest time to learn english, so it is important for
kids to learn english because they have more time to improve the skills to master level.
