Hi Mrs. Ross,

I just wanted to send you a quick reminder that it is Kelsey’s turn to bring in a snack for the class

ro share this coming Wednesday, the 29th. I would also like to mention that we do have a student

in our class with a peanut allergy just so we don’t have any mishaps. If you have any other

Field Trip Info

To: All Parents

Subject: Field Trip Information

Hello All,

I just wanted to let all of you know that this year we plan on taking a class field trip to Greenfield

Village on Wednesday, May 13th. This is a yearly field trip that I take with the class to further

enhance the content that is taught throughout the year. The school will be providing bus

transportation, and it will only cost the students $10. Students will be required to bring their own

lunch, but are also welcome to bring an extra $5 for a snack, and another $10 for a souvenir. We

will be leaving the school at 8:30 AM and be returning at the end of the school day (3:00 PM).

This trip has always been a favorite of students in the past, and I highly recommend that your

students attend! If there are any questions, do not hesitate to reach out!

Thanks for your time!

Kind regards, Wyatt Tipping

Letter of concern:
Hi Mrs. Ross,

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that Parker has not been wearing his glasses to class

as of recent. He has told me that this is because he broke them a number of weeks ago, but I was

unsure if he had told you about how he broke them. Because of this, Parker has been struggling

to see the board, and I am afraid this will affect his performance in class. However, I have moved

Parker to the front of the class in an attempt to help him see better until he can get a new pair. If

there are any questions or if there is any way I may be able to help in this situation do not

hesitate to reach out. I have left my contact info below, but am also available to meet in person

need be.

Letter of Appreciation:

Hi Mrs. Taylor,
I just wanted to reach out and thank you for the recent donation of books and magazines to the

classroom. The students have already started to read them and are loving them! We have already

lined up a weekly story time for them and the students could not be more excited. Again, I

cannot thank you enough!

Kind regards, Wyatt Tipping
