Persepolis: “The Bicycle” and “The Water Cell” Analysis

Directions: After reading chapter 2 (“The Bicycle”) and chapter 3 (“The Water Cell”), analyze the images
below. Your response should include an analysis of the images instead of merely summarizing the
information. The border, imagery, linework, and contrast, for example, are important in conveying a
deeper meaning, so keep that in mind.
