Main Responsibilities

• Development of annual marketing plans, strategies with financial projections and forecasts. 15
• ATL / Briefing & revision processes, approval and material deliveries (campaign, image ads and 10
individual marina ads/announcements, etc.)
• BTL / Leading the production and designing process of printed and promotional materials (individual & 10
group brochures, Yacht Club, SPA, Fitness brochures if any, price lists, event-activity or sponsorships
materials etc.) stationery materials (letterhead-envelope-business-card, etc.)
• Event & Sponsorships / Organizing and coordinating the events and activities. (the 3rd party agency 15
briefing according to the annual event & activity schedule) Boat Show participation, preparation
processes (stand design & production, catering services, etc.)
• Lead the develop of a company website and associated web functionality including URL and email 10
format, online booking services, newsfeed service, proprietary database program and customer
newsletter option. Digital / Web site content management and updates, monthly newsletter submission,
Social media account management / content creation; Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.
• PR / Agency management, release and Q&A brief & preparation. 10
• Reporting / Daily to Do list, writing meeting notes, Preparing weekly status, monthly marina customer
profile, Monthly budget tracking, D-Marin World Program, Happy Berth Days reports & consolidation,

Competition analysis - price comparison, Financial reporting; invoicing and payment tracking
• Research / Determination of research model, creation of the questionnaires, follow-up, evaluation of 5
results, provide and maintain ongoing monitored sales and marketing support and supervision to the
General Manager and/or the sales and marketing manager/outsourcers as applicable.
• Law / Agreements, contracts, follow-ups; 3rd party agencies (online & offline), research companies, Boat 5
Show organizations agreements, Magazine contracts (Domestic & Foreign), Special implementation
contracts (training, etc.), Campaign agreements, Photo shooting, etc.
• Keep the company customer database and establish GDPR system. 5
• Support the sales team needs in terms of marketing and lead the develop CRM system. 5
