Role Play Tips

Your Boss. Decide with your DM if your boss is
otherworldly or is a patron due to their vast
influence and wealth in your plane.
Your Job. Decide on what kind of business
enterprise your patron has contracted you in.
Do you work for a social media enterprise, a
land development company, or maybe a large
competitive food or clothing chain?
Your Character. Are you as cunning and cut-
throat as your patron? Are you confident or
maybe taken advantage of as an intern? Are you
ambitious or kiss-up task doer?

Word from the Boss

When you reach 6th level your patron has entrusted you with
some of their authority to order others to do their bidding.
You learn the Suggestion spell if you do not already know it.
Once per short rest you may cast Suggestion at its lowest
level without expending a spell slot.

Short Term Investment
When you reach 10th level you may set aside some of your
resources temporarily to withdraw them later at a greater
value. After you finish a long rest you may choose to set aside
a number of your Per Diem dice and Warlock Spell Slots to
be stored in your investments. You may have a maximum
number of Per Diem dice stored equal to your proficiency
bonus and a maximum of 2 Warlock spell slots stored. You do
not have access to any of these resources while they are
stored. When you finish a short rest you may choose to
withdraw Per Diem dice and/or a Spell Slot as specified
below.
Withdrawing Per Diem dice. You may withdraw any
number of Per Diem dice from your investments. For
every 2 Per Diem dice you withdraw, you are granted an
additional one for free. After withdrawing you may not be
above your Per Diem dice maximum.
Withdrawing Spell Slots. You may withdraw one Warlock
Spell Slot from your investments adding it to your current
number of spell slots. This does not count against your
maximum number of Warlock Spell Slots. When you
withdraw this spell slot, you may spend a Per Diem die to
gain an additional lesser spell slot. Roll the spent Per
Diem die then gain a spell slot with a level equal to half
the number rolled (rounded up). This spell slot may be
used to cast a Warlock spell you know.
When you finish a rest, any additionally spell slots
you have are lost.
Fixed Income
Starting at 14th level whenever you roll a die granted by your
Per Diem Boon feature and the number rolled is lower than
your Charisma modifier, you may use your Charisma modifier
as the number instead.
