1. PRE INTERACTION PHASE

In Hospital X in room Y there is a patient named Muhammad rizky alkahfi aged 19 years where he is now
pursuing higher education at one of the private universities located in area Z, the patient is undergoing
treatment for accident injuries, there he is being treated by Ns.rendy

2. ORIENTATION PHASE

a. Greetings Therapeutic

Morning at 07:30

Nurse: Excuse me,good morning mr.kapi

Patient: good morning sir
