INVITATION LETTER

We would like to invite you for The First Lehel Vezr International Taekwon-Do Cup of The Hungarian Traditional ITF Taekwon-DoOrganisation which is organised in teenage, junior and adult age class in woman and man category in Sparring and Pattern. JSZBERNY 25/APRIL/2009

1. ENTRY CONDITIONS
TENN- AGE CLASS: PATTERN (TUL): the 14th year isnt completed till the day of the competition. 8.-7. gup: Chong Ji - Dan Gun 6.-5. gup: Chong Ji Whon Hyo 4.-3. gup: Chong Ji Joon Gun 2.-1. gup: Chong Ji Hwa Rang I. dan tl: Chong Ji Ge Baek Direct dropping out system, qualifyings pattern is chosen by the referee. In the final the first pattern is chosen free, the second pattern is chosen by the referee. SPARRING (MATSOGI): the 14th year isnt completed till the day of the competition. At least 8th gup belt class.

JUNIOR AGE CLASS: PATTERN (TUL): the 14th year is completed till the day of the competition but the 18th year isnt completed. 8.-7. gup: Chong Ji - Dan Gun 6.-5. gup: Chong Ji Whon Hyo 4.-3. gup: Chong Ji Joon Gun 2.-1. gup: Chong Ji Hwa Rang I. dan: Chong Ji Ge Baek II.dan tl: Chong Ji Ju Che Direct dropping out system, qualifyings pattern is chosen by the referee. In the final the first pattern is chosen free, the second pattern is chosen by the referee. SPARRING (MATSOGI): the 18th year is completed till the day of the competition. At least 8th gup bell class. FURTHER CONDITIONS -Valid He/She can compete sport medical certificate (it cant be older than half year in the teen, -and junior age class, it cant be older than one year in adult age class). -Uniform which is registrated by ITF. -Compulsory protecting equipment: - Hand and foot protector in every age class, - Jockstrap in junior and adult age class, -Recommended protecting equipment: -Chest protector in the women category, - Head protector in the teen, -and junior age class, - Teeth, -and shinbone protector in every class, -Entry which is handed down till the deadline (10/April/2009 until 12.00 pm) Entries must be sent by e-mail. We call your attention, the organisers dont take the responsibility for any sport injuries. Effecting a sport insurance is recommended. Everybody may take part in the competition at his/her own risk (under 18 years with parental permission). We dont check the existence of the parental permission, the leader of the club is responsible for it.

3. SPARRING TIME

4. PROTESTATION:
Only the leader coach of the team may hand in the protestation! The protestation can be denoted at the table of the actual mats jury, then in writing to the main umpire. The protestation must be handed in within 5 minutes after the announcement of results of the actual event. At the time of the protestation we suspend the competition on the actual mat. The fee of the protestation is 25 Euro, which is paid to the organizing committee, along with the handing in of the written protestation. If the protestation is accepted, the fee of it will be refunded.

5. RULES:
According to the rules of sparring and pattern of ITF and EITF Taekwon-do Organisation.

6. ENTRY FEE:
20 EUR/person, which must be paid per club, the night before the occupancy of the accommodation. The entry fee refers to both events (pattern and sparring). From each club 3 people must take part in a checking scaling. They are appointed by the organizing committee. Who is out of his/her weight category, has to pay +10 EUR fine!

7. AWARD OF THE COMPETITION:

9. JURISDICTION
Every club liable for deputing 2 umpires to the competition. Those clubs, which dont depute umpires, have to pay 50 EUR fine per umpire to the organizing committee. If the payment wont happen, the team will be disqualified! The umpires can judge only in the standard uniform, which was specified by ITF/AETF! The organizing committee provides the lunch for the teams leader coaches (1 person/club) and the umpires. The umpires names and belt class must be written on the entry form.

INFORMATIONS OF PUBLIC INTEREST

Parking with car and bus in the yard of the sports hall is possible. At the time of the competition the buffet will be operating. On the competition you will have the possibility to buy Fuji-mae, and Olympus sport goods. The souvenir T-shirts which were made for the competition are buyable on the price 10 Euro/piece. The organizing committee wont take the responsibility for those valuables which was left on the area of the sports hall (in the changing rooms, on the grandstand, on the yard). Smoking is allowed only on the assigned place.
