Dear Maam/Sir,

I am Alvin G. Alcala from BSMT2-BRAVO, this is my statement about

what happen to me last march 24, 2023 around 10am we take our prelim
examination on MGMT1 (Management 1). suddenly one of my classmates seen by
2 girls outside of our classroom searching for answers in our exam and they report
it to our proctor 2/m Bryan Erespe. He take action about the allegation from 2 girls
outside of our classroom , and he said we need to stop answering the exam and put
our hands above our head. He check our phone one by one, he opened our
messenger, gallery, search history and files which I don’t know if its legal because
we have privacy? He did not saw me cheating in action moreover and he saw my
phone with unclosed tabs and he considered it cheating because for him it is an
evidence of cheating however he took my I.D immediately and I have no rights to
reason out.

my conscience is clean I review before the exam and I have no intentions to

cheat. before the mgmt1 exam starts we have 10min break if can remember, we
plan to go in mag-aso falls together with our instructor, after the exam because of
that I got distracted by feeling of excitement and I forgot to close my gallery,
facebook, notes and and youtube . but still it is my fault I admit, I made a mistake
because we are instructed to close all tabs before the exam starts. However I’m
confident to myself , I don’t need to cheat just to answer all the questions in the
exam. Dear conduct board, Please give me a chance to redeem myself because I
have high hopes into my dream as a seafarer someday and my parents has high
expectations to my academic performance. please give me onemore chance I
promise that I will not do it again, I deeply apologize for my actions I really regret
this right now and I’m ready to face the consequence of my actions, please give me
one last chance to prove myself that I’m a worthy student VMA Global College.
