Forgiveness Is A Great Virtue

When the teacher ,who liked me very much, caught me red handed when I was copying
from a small paper and it was very embarrassing for me. However, after that situation I
realized the fact that “ By saying I forgive, someone is letting go of the burden of the
problem” said by Estella Eliot.

I had a good reputation because of the unique ideas of cheating in exams when I
was in class nine or ten. For example, I used a stapler machine for cheating. I put some
cheats into the stapler machine instead of the stapler pin. So, it is about my pre-test exam.
I wrote the information on the back side of the admit card. I was very confident that no
one could catch me. My confidence level reached the next level after seeing the
invigilator. I thought that I could easily cheat her. The exam started and the invigilator
checked my admit card and signed my answer paper . So, She couldn't catch me and I
was right. But the day was very unlucky for me.

Suddenly, My admit card fell into the floor by the wind and I didn’t notice it.
The building Incharge saw it through the cctv camera and she called the invigilator. The
building incharge commanded the invigilator to check the admit card. She checked it and
she caught me . the whole class was shocked by seeing that and it was very embarrassing
for me. As a result, she took my answer paper for Ten minutes. I got my answer paper
after ten minutes and she also wrote the note on the top of my answer paper to cut five
marks from the total marks. I became very upset and apologized to her for not doing this
with me otherwise I will fail in this exam. However, She didn't pay attention to my single
word. I started to answer something else to survive in the exam.

Eventually, the exam is finished. I went to her to submit my answer paper and I
was the last one. I again apologized to her . She replied, “I never expected that type of
thing from a student like you and I thought that you are a very good student.” I promised
her that I will never do this again. She replied that, “I am forgiving you for this time and I
don't want to see these types of behaviour in the next time.” I thanked her. My
classmates started to question me with a shocking face but I was happy and decided to
never do this again.

So, the moral of the story is forgiveness which is a great virtue. We can change a
person's bad habit by forgiving.
