speech that I was about to deliver. My name is Nur diyanah farzana bt shukur, and I
am going to deliver a speech today about my memories during April fool prank that i
will never forget. Basically, April fools has been celebrated by millions throughout the
world as just a simple joke or a practical prank that has been practiced by young and
old alike, there is no age barrier. To begin, when I was about in middle school. At
that time, everyone was playing around and having fun, and at that time during the
break, I was chatting with other friends. Then, one of my classmates named Liyana
came towards me. She was enjoying a snack standing on the edge of the stairs with
her friends.

Suddenly, unexpectedly she shouted and said, “Diyanah! There's a cockroach on

your shoulder! "In a very surprising tone.

I quickly screaming and jumping abruptly but slipped down the stairs and with
embarrassment and uncontrollability fell into the last set of stairs. Everyone looked in
shock for a moment at me, who was lying and also unconscious at the bottom of the
stairs. At that time, my body parts including my knees and also my head were
bleeding a bit.

Upon realizing what was happening, there were my friends as well as liana who kept
rushing towards me with panicked facial reactions and so did a teacher who came
there when she heard my screams. The teacher then proceeded to give instructions
to some of my other friends to lift me into the treatment room.

At that time, the teacher managed to tell another friend to accompany me until my
condition was a little better. After the teachers on duty gave me medicine and rubbed
small wounds on some of my limbs, Liana continued to apologize wholeheartedly
and cried because she was worried about my condition at that time.

She said that it was never imagined that a seemingly harmless joke could be so
wrong and result in such an accident because it is not in tune with the environment. I
told him that I was not hurt too badly and managed to calm his emotions back then
After the incident, Liyana was called by the school office for injuring me at that time.
She apologized many times to the school, especially to me because the real
intention back then was just in conjunction with the April Fool's prank. I also
appealed to the school to reduce the punishment on my friend because I was sorry
to see him crying so hard. I spent a lot of time explaining about that unintentional
thing along with others. Eventually the school agreed to reduce the punishment on
my friend by only giving him the first warning letter in relation to his actions of not
caring about the surrounding situation. Me and liyana together sighed in relief and
liyana told me that he would be more careful after this when wanting to do a prank
during the upcoming April Fool’s.

or everyone finds out that due to the ugly joke I played on liyana caused her to
stumble on the stairs. I trembled with fear and remorse. I was afraid to think about
what would happen next and worried about Liyana's well -being. to the crowd that I
was just Still, the thing I feared most didn’t happen that day - the principal didn’t call
me into his office.

But there I was in his office the next morning, explaining my behavior and
apologizing for the horrible decision. She listened to me somewhat
unsympathetically then handed me two papers that made me learn a lesson I will
never forget. The first letter was a 30 -day suspension letter and another a warning
letter.

I cried as I walked out of the principal’s room but I didn’t get sympathy from anyone I
passed. The suspension meant I would miss our annual ceremony, some tests and a
class trip. Thankfully, Liyana recovered quickly and did not suffer any serious injuries
except a few stitches in her forehead. Every time I saw it, the sign would remind me
of my stupidity.

I didn’t want my parents to know about this sad incident but now they need to know
about it. Although they understood that I did not intend to hurt liyana in any way, they
did not approve of my behavior.
