Instruction: Answer ALL the questions below.

As one of Digital Technology Club (DTC) committee, you are required to create an apps to enable
student’s registration and view information about DTC information and activities.

1. Create a splash screen that will show PBU logo for 3 seconds.
2. Create a registration form required students to have the following items.
a. 3 Text View (Name, Registration No., Contact No)
b. 3 Edit Text (Insert Name, Insert Registration No, Insert Contact No.)
c. 1 Button (Enter)
3. If information in registration form is not complete, display a toast or alert dialog.
4. Create an interface that will display greetings (Welcome, Ali bin Abu) to Digital Technology
Club at PBU.
5. Create two (2) interfaces that show DTC organization chart and activities with at least two (2)
types of layout. The content is based on your creativity.
