My Formal Email

Dear Sir or Madam,


I am writing on behalf of myself and my friends. I want to draw attention to an
incsdent that took place in local stadium last Sunday. I would like to make a
formal complaint about the way we were treated by the staff on the door.
As I said, last Sunday two friend and I came to concert hall to see the Drake
concert. I had bought the tickets earlier online from your website. So when I
showed the tickets to the person on the door, he said that the tickets did not look
real and refused to accept them. I showed him all receipts and documents but he
accused us of trying to deceive and threatened to call the police. We had no
choice but to go home.
We were extremely upset that we were unable to watch the concert. Also we felt
very disappointed about that fact that we have spend money on tickets and thay
surely were genune. I am attaching the tickets for your attancion. We also feel
humiliation and anger to be accused of trying to fake the tickets.
I think it would be fair if we get full refund on the price of our tickets and free
tickets to some other comcert. We also would like an apology from your
company.
