DISCUSSION OF METHODS AND TECHNIQUES USED (APPROPRIACY,

EFFECTIVENESS, PRACTICALITY,etc …)

Teaching methods in Grammar 1-B2 include differentiated instruction, direct methods,

grammar-translation, task-based learning, communicative language teaching,…
- When students practice doing some exercises, teachers will use direct and grammar
translation method to explain the reason why they choose this choice, and in case they
forget any grammar point.
- Practicing speaking and writing is useful for students. In this activity, T uses
communicative language teaching and task-based learning to make the lesson more
attractive. Ss work in pair to think of some ideas for the topic and they will take turn to
converse each other.
