We started on June 1 with the Forwood Forestry properties, finish on June 23.

In order to maintain FSC certification, the following technical documents had to be

prepared and presented.

✓ Social Perception Study

✓ Environmental Impact Monitoring
✓ Risk Plan
✓ Control System to Identify Nonconformities
✓ Training
✓ Control and traceability system for extraction operations
✓ Control system for volumetric calculations
✓ Mapping scheme in the areas to be operated in the extraction processes.

The audit was conducted on June 24. No major problems were encountered
except those related to specific issues such as protective equipment for workers
during the harvest season (special pants for chainsaw operators).

It was recommended to maintain the certification. Approved.

LAND PREPARATION FARM #83 – NEW PLANTATION

Land is being prepared on farm #83 to install a new plantation with clones.

EQUIPMENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

Equipment maintenance is being initiated for future activities.

CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSE

Land preparation has begun on farm 19 for the construction of a shed to protect
the equipment from the sun and rain.

RECOMMENDATIONS

➢ It is advisable to hire more personnel for the total cleaning of the farms, as
well as for pruning the stands during the dry season (at least a crew of 4
people to support manual and/or chemical cleaning).
