my service marketing faculty Mrs. Anchal Bhardwaj who gave me the
wonderful opportunity to do this service marketing project on my
chosen topic Restaurant Services.
The opportunity to participate in this project has helped me improve

RESPONSES
There are total of 18 questions asked which can be answered in the
form of agreement, disagreement, strongly agreement, strongly
disagreement and yes or no. the wording of the questionnaire may
not be exactly the same as the original model, but it is to ensure easy
understanding and summarizing.
THE FINDINGS
Firstly, there are 16 respondent who helped in conducting this
survey. The response were further taken into account and using that
data a pie chart was made for all questions individually.

Using that data it is clear that the services provided by Raj


Restaurant, Delhi has matched the expectation of the customer as
overall experience of the customer was 7 and above for70.6% (11
out of 16 responses and 12.4%( 5 out of 16 responses) had an
experience that was below 7.

Respondents agreed with certain services of the restaurant;


 75%(18.8% agree and 6.3% disagree) agree with policies of treating customers are
convenient
 87.5%(12,5% with no)find helpful and friendly staff while visiting the restaurant
 68.8% with Yes and (31.5% with No)easy to book a table or order as per your needs
 93.8% with Yes and (6.3% with No) Sufficient staff is present for smoother and
non-problematic experience 
 100% (strongly agree )agree with the hygiene and good facilities in the restaurant
 75% with Yes and( 25% with No )every customer is given individual attention by the
staff members.
 93.8% with Yes and (6.3% with No) feel safe after visiting the restaurant.

TO THE STUDY
The strong suits of Raj Restaurant were there clean and
professional environment, their staff’s reassuring and sympathetic
nature and not to forget the location and sufficient staff in the
premises.
Whereas there was strong disagreement in the pricing and
accuracy of medication which might be due to its private business
running nature, and some were not satisfied with the response
time of the operations which can be improved in the course of
time.
