In general, Colwick Arts Centre witnessed the installation
of some additional building and facilities, and several
areas of the Centre were converted for other purposes.
In 2005, there were snack bar, meeting room and toilet
which were to the west of concert hall. Furthermore,
they were at right angles to wasteland. The information
desk was located in the middle of the Centre. Two
galleries were located on the right-hand side.
A snack bar was replaced by meeting rooms which was
separated into two building. Café was constructed in the
West of information desk. Two galleries merged into one,
were relocated to the middle of meeting rooms and café.
A building which was used for both concert hall and
cinema, is now demolished to make way for central
exhibition area and a building for cinema. A new building
created between meeting rooms and cinema, was drama
studio. Moreover, the place that used to be two galleries
in 2005, was converted into concert hall. Toilet is directly
opposite that building. Wasteland became outdoor
exhibition and performance area.
