The given maps demonstrates how a cinema has changed after some notable renovations between
1980 and now.

Overall, it is clear that the cinema, which was mostly vacant in 1980, now has altered remarkably with
new facilities and equipment catering for different purposes.

According to the maps, the car park, which was situated on the north of the room, has been taken
down to make space for the constructions of 2 cinemas. To be more specific, the Cinema 2, which was
on the right of the room, now has been relocated to the top left-hand corner, next to the toilet. A line
of three new cinemas has been constructed in the space where the Cinema 2 used to be located. In
addition, to the left of the entry, the Cinema 1 has been moved to the area near the toilet to make
space for the Food Drinks counter and the Relax room. The ticket office remains its previous location,
which is on the right of the building. However, the Drinks counter, which was placed on the south-
east of the room, has been replaced by a new DVD shop.
