Employment of men and women, some men respect the women every single time in the work, because

some women they cannot do the work of men, so we can all employment respect each other, I believe
that women do her best especially during work time. Some reason why women working hard because
they needs to help her family needs and pay all bills etc.

Men working so hard for many decades all through their responsibilities of her family, so he can provide
foods for his son/daughter and her families. Some employment people need her benefits of company so
we surely avail all he needs in life. I believe that government take action to the company that they not
give all standard benefits to her employment.
