Some people feel that entertainers such as film stars, pop musicians or sports
stars are paid too much money.
Do you agree or disagree?
Which other types of job should be highly paid?
It is sometimes argued that people working in entertainment fields such as film stars, pop
musicians, or sports stars should be paid less money. Although there are numerous people
really approved, I totally disagree with this statement. In this essay, I will explain why I do not
agree and point out the career which needs to pay higher.
To begin with, the idea of entertainers who are overpaid is a wrong thing because they really
need a salary level to improve their life and work. Firstly, the source of income which is small is
challenging to make a living. Particularly, there is a generous income that will helps entertainers
have a stable livelihood and take care better for their families. Moreover, if they are paid plenty
of money, they will have a quality of strong motivation as well as satisfaction. For example,
when both a singer and an actor have a lucrative income, those will afford to create different
musical masterpieces or magnificent blockbusters.
What is more, there are a variety of jobs which are paid too little for what they do, one of them
is the teacher career. As far as I know, teachers in Vietnam are facing an extremely low salary
and they must work up to 10 hours a day. In addition, teachers have to teach extra courses
after school in order to earn money enough. Thus, the wage of the teacher career in Vietnam is
not too prominent when compared to other ones. In short, this job should be paid handsomely
to enhance productivity in work.
In conclusion, it seems to me that all the jobs need to pay reasonably for their difficulty. It is
advisable that the government should consider clearly this problem in the coming years.
