Subject: Recommendation of Eng. Dev Lamichhane Design/Construction Supervision Engineer

This is to inform that Engineer Dev Lamichhane was employed by DSC-07 as Design/ Construction
Supervision Engineer from 27th September 2021 to 20th February 2023.

Mr. Dev Lamichhane has always shown during his assignment with us a high professionalism and real
commitment to his work, working hard at all times and succeeding being both effective and efficient, in
the field of design, construction supervision, site management, material control and quantity surveying.

During his tenure he has performed a good skill on construction design of Retaining structure, SCADA
Reinforced Concrete chambers, Storage Reservoir Tank, Thrust Blocks and Anchor blocks and
construction supervision of laying of 1800 mm Dia. and 1600 Dia. pipes, Asphalt work of Municipal roads
and commissioning works of DNI Package 1. He had worked diligently to complete his tasks with great
vigor and had shown enthusiasm in his works along with his dedication to learn design concepts.

His dedication to the work was always very good and he has demonstrated an excellent time spirit and
collaboration with all parties involved in the project.

I strongly recommend Engineer Dev Lamichhane for any Design and Construction supervision position,
and generally construction supervision position and generally construction and material control and
management of infrastructure projects, including water supply system, roads, buildings and other
infrastructures.

I am thankful to Mr. Dev Lamichhane for his contribution to Kathmandu Valley Water Supply
Improvement Project and wish him every successs in his future Career.
