 BRIEF INFORMATION ABOUT MICROPROJECT:

As we know we have to take permission before starting any construction.
Following documents strictly needed for getting permission to construct any
building.
 Land ownership documents.
 Land survey documents.
 Soil testing repost.
 Site plan.
 Architectural sectional and elevation drawing.
 Structural report.
 Service plan.
 Certificate of undertaking of architecture, resister no.
and etc.

 Aim of this micro project:

This micro project help to understand what is the procedure to obtaining

permission to start construction of any building.

 Actual procedure followed:

Actual procedure followed to obtaining permission for starting construction of
building is as follows.

1) Land ownership document:

Land ownership means this documents helps to understood that the land on
which we start to construct building is mine or not.

2) Land survey documents:

Land survey documents means how may size of our plot is understood after
doing land survey of that plot. After doing land survey we have to draw this plot
on sheet in proper scale and have submitted to the municipal corporation. This
sheet and approved land survey document looks like this.

3) Soil testing report:

Soil testing report is helps to understand the quality of soil and it is capable or
not for construction it is most important to test soil before construction soil
