Dear Mr. Blanche,
 
In my 303-page, September 21, 2020 Notice of Objection to the U.S.
Tax Court Order, dated July 17, 2020, filed in support of my Motion for
Recusal of U.S. Tax Court Judge Joseph Goeke and for Assignment of a
New Judge, I addressed the criminal case, United States v. Paul J.
Manafort Jr., Case No. 1:17–Cr–00201–ABJ–1, on page 235-268.
 
Manafort’s case got my attention because of the business conducted
between the former president of the Republic of Poland, Aleksander
Kwasniewski; other former Europeans officials in the Ukraine; Paul
Manafort; and Hunter Biden, son of former U.S. Vice President, Joe
Biden, with Burisma Holdings Limited. Kwasniewski most likely
attended the same elementary school with me in Poland, and it is certain
that his father, Zdzislaw Kwasniewski, was my parents' and my wife's
parents' family doctor in communist Poland. The other reason
Manafort's case got my attention was that Robert Swan Mueller III was
appointed in a conspiracy between former U.S. Attorney from the
District of Maryland, Rod Rosenstein; former U.S. Attorney from the
Northern District of California, Melinda Haag; former U.S. Attorney
from the Eastern District of California, McGregor Scott; and Mueller
and Janet Napolitano and  California political mob.
 
In addition to the above, on pages 220–221 of my September 21, 2020
Notice of Objection, I pointed out Mueller’s Stalin-esque style of
investigation, which was used to please his sponsors, and which opened
the door for further witch hunts and the prosecution of innocent people
in order to remove President Donald Trump from office. Mueller and
Rosenstein's witch-hunt produced nine  political prisoners:
Trump’s former 2016 campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, who
was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison.
Trump's former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, who received a
three-year prison sentence in December 2018.
Trump’s former campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, who
served 12 days in prison.
Richard Pinedo, who was sentenced to six months in prison in
October 2018, for allegedly selling bank account numbers
to Russians who were engaged in electoral interference. He has no
known connection to Trump.
Dutch attorney, Alex van der Zwaan, who was sentenced to 30
days in prison and a $20,000 fine.
Trump’s former campaign deputy chairman, Rick Gates,
who pleaded guilty to lying to FBI  and in December was
sentenced to 45 days in jail, three years of probation, and 300
hours of community service.
Trump’s consultant, Roger Stone, who was sentenced to 40
months in prison, which was commuted by Trump on July 10,
2020. Stone helped organize Trump’s speech at the Conservative
Political Action Conference in 2011, and he helped with Trump’s
2016 presidential campaign.
Former national security adviser, Michael Flynn, a retired three-
star general who is still being held hostage by and is serving as a
sacrificial lamb for U.S. District Court Judge Emmett Sullivan.
Reality Winner a contractor with Pluribus International
Corporation assigned to a
U.S. Government Agency facility in Georgia. Between February
and May 2017 Reality Winner was framed, entrapped by FBI , 
 prosecuted and sentenced to 63 months in Federal prison for
leaking fabricated by FBI via NSA  information about Russia
interference in U.S presidential election

Stephen Bannon, former White House Strategist for President

It is President Trump’s duty and moral obligation to set these people
free, as he set Roger Stone regardless of his feelings towards some of
them.  The President must not bend to the political swamp that he wants
to drain. The campaign motto of 2016, "Make America Great Again"
(MAGA), must ne meaningful and  without political prisoners in United
States of America .  These people were prosecuted only because they 
or their actions were associated  with Trump’s presidency  Most of
them  were singled out for prosecution by the indictment drafted in
2015–2016, at a cost of $1,000,000 million dollars, by two of
Napolitano and Mueller’s friends, former U.S. Prosecutors, Haag and
Scott. In 2015–2016, the Regents of the University of California (UC)
provided Napolitano with $175,000,000 to witch hunt Trump. Senator
Dianne Feinstein’s husband, billionaire and banker Richard Blum, was
appointed as the Chief of the  UC Regents for life in 2002 by recalled-
from-office California Governor, Grey Davis and he was most likely
behind  unlimited financial resources provided to Napolitano and
Robert Mueller to derail Donald Trump ‘s presidency in 2016.
 
I addressed Napolitano’s possession of the $175,000,000 of dirty cash
in my July 29, 2019 Reply to U.S. Tax Court Order, Served on July 9,
2019, Signed by Special Trial Judge Robert N. Armen, Re: Protective
Order, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, Section 6103(B)(L),
(2), and (3) (U.S. Tax Court Docket No. 0019), with the following

McCarty, by ordering the State Audit, prevented Napolitano

Haag and Scott endorsed Rosenstein for the post of Deputy Attorney
General (DAG) in Trump's administration. Rosenstein’s appointment as
DAG was the crux to make the witch hunt aimed at Trump and other
blacklisted people successful. If you find out who recommended that
Trump appoint Rosenstein as DAG against Attorney General Jeff
Session’s will and recommendation, then maybe you will solve the
puzzle of the Soviet Union Stalin-era prosecution of Manafort and
others by Mueller and Rosenstein’s henchmen. I am a political prisoner
and refugee from communist Poland, and I have my opinion about
prosecutors like them and about politically motivated and orchestrated
Court Trials .  
 
Sessions requested the resignation of 46 U.S. Attorneys in March 2017.
One of them was the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland,
Rosenstein, who had served in that position since 2005. President
Trump declined to accept Rosenstein's resignation. Rosenstein had been
chosen by Trump’s enemies to be appointed DAG; this was a key step
in Mueller's appointment to Special Counsel post and the  witch hunt
and prosecution of Trump and his 2016 presidential campaign staff,
who were singled out and placed on a black list that was delivered to
President Obama and Vice President Biden by Napolitano in May 2016.
 
If you read my full September 21, 2020 Notice of Objection, which was
submitted to U.S. Tax Court, you will find Russia and Ukraine as a quid
pro quo in the Court file from the  the 2010–2016 witch hunt and
prosecution of California Senator Leland Yee (Democrat) from San
Francisco orchestrated UCOP rotten by corruption administration , 
Mueller, Haag, and Benjamin Wagner, with undoubtful involvement of
the  former San Francisco District Attorney and California Attorney
General Kamala Harris. Senator Yee and 25 other people were
mercilessly rounded up by Mueller's orders and were used by the
perpetrators as collateral damage in the witch hunt to eliminate Senator
Yee from California's political arena. The witch hunt aimed at Senator
Yee was launched after the September 9, 2010 Pacific Gas and Electric
(PG&E) natural gas pipeline explosion in his senatorial district, San
Bruno’s Crestmoor neighborhood, in which eight people were killed
and more than 50 others were injured, failed to take Senator Yee out of
the political arena.
 
U.S. District Court Judge Breyer from San Francisco, who, similar to
District of Columbia Judge Amy Berman Jackson, destroyed a lot of
lives and produced many political prisoners, was blessed by his brother,
Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, who was perfectly aware of
what his brother was doing in San Francisco. Instead of advising him
not to participate in political witch hunts, Justice Breyer looked on from
Washington, D.C., as his brother threw people into prison for political
reasons, destroying their lives and livelihoods. Many of those convicted
in case, The United States of America v. Kwok Cheung Chow, a.k.a.
Raymond Chow, a.k.a. Shrimp Boy, a.k.a. Ha Jai., Case No. 3:14–cr–
00196–CRB (U.S.A. v. Chow), never violated any laws.
 
Biden's choice of Harris for U.S. Vice President is not coincidental. If
Biden were elected, Harris would finish the job of taking over the witch
hunt that Mueller, Rosenstein, and their henchman, Weissman, did not
complete.

This endless and merciless witch hunt aimed at Trump, his family, and
his associates, were not about  Russian collusion or Ukrainian quid pro
quo. These witch hunt hoaxes were a distraction from what happened in
California from 1996–2003, and thereafter, in relation to sophisticated
$40-billion fraud scheme, entitled the "California energy crisis," which
was closely coordinated with the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack by
Al-Qaeda terrorists, who had trained in San Diego for more than one
year. The California energy crisis and September 11 attack became an
El Dorado and a gold mine for political California oligarchs.
          Harris was picked by Biden to be Vice President in the same way
that she was elected U.S. Senator in a race against Lorretta Sanchez, a
former congresswoman from 1997–2017. Sanchez tried to reach out to
Republicans for support, but to no avail. In 2018, I exchanged
correspondence about this election with Sanchez's husband, Jack
Einwechter. Einwechter wrote to me, "Thank you, Jaroslaw. Now we
have to work to make sure Harris doesn't become our president! Best,
Jack."

 
Harris's husband, Douglas Emhoff, was owner of Ben Whitwell law
firm, which, in 2000, was acquired by Venable LLP. District of
Columbia Court Judge Berman Jackson, who sentenced many victims
of Mueller and Rosenstein’s hit squad, including Manafort, was once a
partner at Venable LLP. It looks like Senator Feinstein took care of
everything: she made Harris a U.S. Senator, married her with Emhoff,
and made her a vice presidential candidate. The money of Blum and the
Regents of UC talked. Harris is a Manchurian candidate.
 
To make a long story about myself short, I am a 69-year-old Polish
immigrant. I have lived in Lodi, California, since 1989. Since
December 2014, I have represented myself in two court cases in
Sacramento County Superior Court in relation to my employment with
the UC from June 1999 to December 2012: Jaroslaw Waszczuk v. The
Regents of the University of California, Case No. 34–2013–34–
00155479, the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District (3DCA) Case
No. C079524, California Supreme Court Case No. S245508, and
Jaroslaw Waszczuk v. California Unemployment Insurance Appeal
Board (CUIAB) with Real Party in Interest (RPii) The Regents of the
University of California, Case No. 34–2013–800001699, 3DCA Case
No. C079254, Supreme Court Case Nos. S253713 & S245879, and in
the U.S. Tax Court since 2016 in Jaroslaw Waszczuk v. Commissioner
of the Internal Revenue Services, Docket No. 23105-18W. All three
cases are related to the sophisticated May 2000–November 2003 $40-
billion fraud scheme entitled the "California energy crisis." In the
courts, I experienced treatment from the judges similar to the treatment
you and others received from the judge of the District of Columbia
District Court, Judge Berman Jackson. The difference is that I am the
plaintiff in my cases, and I am representing myself in court. My lawyers
did not last long in the battle against California’s political mob.
 
Since January 2009, the same perpetrators associated with Mueller and
Napolitano who ordered the witch hunt against Senator Yee and others
sacrificed approximately $250,000,000 to hunt me down and attempt to
physically eliminate me on May 31, 2012. I am still alive, but for how
long? Who knows?
