Problem Area: The student group CWD is underperforming in both ELA and Math
proficiency.

Task: Find materials, resources, and ideas to strengthen and promote these areas

Co-Teaching:
1) Lack of training for co-teachers
a) BER: online training for co-teaching
b) Increased beginning of the year prep for teachers
c) Magnify Learning: Collaborative co-teaching planning and support
d) Edutopia: Instructional co-teaching support for all teachers
2) Lack of special education training and resources for general education teachers
a) Gen-ed/SPED co-teacher conference and training
3) Lack of vertical articulation
a) Quarterly classroom observations/visits

Special Education:
1) No SPED curriculum
2) No uniform progress monitoring

Curriculum:
1) More emphasis on math instruction (ELA = 88 minutes, Math = 44 minutes)
a) I-Ready progress monitoring
2) Advisory time is not able to be used to skills work and progress monitoring
